Saturday Plans
On Saturday we'll spend the day out among the neighbors — a morning watching the plows turn the fields in Mt. Ulla, and an evening around the bonfire at a chicken stew that supports a riding center for people with special needs. Come for one or both.

A working plow day out in the fields: all types of tractors and plows, and spectators are always welcome. Last year a donation lunch was served at noon with proceeds going to the West Rowan Bible Teachers Association, and guests were asked to bring shelf-stable, non-perishable food to donate to Rowan Helping Ministries West, so tuck a can or two in the car if you can.

15th Annual Chicken Stew

Friday's dinner is local pizza catering. Everyone attending is asked to chip in a small per-person amount to help cover the cost — details will follow once we finalize the headcount. Saturday dinner is the Hoof & Paw Chicken Stew in Lexington, 6:00–8:00 PM: $15 adults / $10 kids, which includes chicken stew, hot dogs, cornbread, dessert & a drink. Let us know about any dietary restrictions on the RSVP form.
